Memorial Campground

The Wisconsin Law Enforcement Officers’ Association had an early goal to establish a recreational area for use by its members and guests. As a result, in 1977 the Association purchased thirty (30) acres of land in Waupaca for a campground.

WLEOA Mission Statement

“To unify the Wisconsin law enforcement community, promoting law enforcement as a profession, encouraging public and private cooperation, and building community relationships.”

Each year the Association sponsors programs for boys and girls throughout the State of Wisconsin. All expenses are borne by the Association. Advertising revenue from our journal, our annual raffle, our golf outing, and membership dues help to make these programs possible. We feel they go a long way toward preventing delinquency and building better citizens.

Updated Bylaws

The Wisconsin Law Enforcement Officer's Association Board of Directors will consider updates to the bylaws at our fall meeting on October 19, 2024.  The proposed changes will be voted on at that time.  Any concerns over the proposed changes should be directed to your district director for consideration at the October meeting.
